Cansu Ülker (b. 1996, TR) is a sound artist, composer and researcher based in the Netherlands.
Her work focuses on the relationship between compositional processes and nonlinear dynamical systems, exploring the interactivity and dynamicity within composition and performance, and the transformative effects of the interrelations between human, machine and environment.
She has performed live in various venues and events in Istanbul and The Hague. Her live performances (as casus) are based on improvisations around live-coded musique concrète and live electronics. Recent performances focus on collaborative improvised music with interactive systems.
She works freelance as a composer, sound designer, sound & software engineer.
